How does a Private Medical Insurance policy work?

Pays for private medical treatment, tests and surgery if you are ill or injured during the policy's term. It is usually designed for acute conditions, which are curable and short term.

You usually pay a monthly amount for your health insurance, which is called the premium. Your insurer can then pay, if you need treatment that it covers while the policy is active.

When and how do I pay?

You can pay your premium anytime. For annual policies by Debit /Credit card BACS (Banks transfer) or monthly by Direct Debit.

How do I cancel the policy?

All cancellation must be in writing to Info@Aaroncover.co.uk. Please include your policy number and a brief message indicating your wish to cancel your policy. Once your cancellation request has been processed, you will receive a confirmation via email.

Can I change my policy mid-term?

Yes, you can make certain changes to your personal or policy details at any time. This might include changing the name, title or address of anyone on the policy; correcting any information shown on the policy schedule; or removing members from the policy. To tell us about any changes, call us or write to us. We’ll assess your current policy and discuss the options with you.
